My background combines hands on field leadership with a strong interest in people, systems and team dynamics.

I previously worked in structured, high-pressure environments where safety, accountability, and teamwork were crucial. In my leadership roles, I’ve managed group dynamics, handled conflict, and helped maintain a controlled and productive environments.

I am currently finishing my Psychology B.A. at Iowa State University and will graduate in Spring 2026. I am open to opportunities in the human services field where I can apply my professional and education skills to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
